Time to Regroup as the Seasons Change!

The 50 degree weather has hit in Minnesota... a true sign that Fall is upon us! My favorite season is finally here again. Cute & cozy outfits, Halloween, new decorations, and a less chaotic season of life. It's the perfect time to reflect, regroup, and reenergize!

Reflect

Somehow Quarter 4 is starting and it's time to look back on 2022. I always like to pause and reflect on the year so I can plan accordingly for what I want out of the next year. These are the questions I ask myself (hint: you can steal these).

  1. What worked really well in 2022 that I want to take into 2023?

  2. What do I want to put more energy into in 2023?

  3. How can I work smarter instead of harder?

There's three other important questions I ask myself in addition to these 3 above.

  1. Were my clients taken care of?

  2. Was my team taken care of?

  3. Was I taken care of? Don't forget this one!!

Regroup

How you choose to regroup depends on what makes you tick. For me, it's goal setting. Setting goals for the last quarter of the year and for the upcoming year helps me refocus and prepare for what's next. It allows me to figure out what I need to do in order to start off strong and continue building my business and supporting my clients. For you, regrouping could be having a chat with a business coach, or doing a solo business brainstorming retreat, or anything you think would help center you! What do you think it could be?

Reenergize

Last but certainly not least, prioritize your energy. In September, I embarked on a 3 week road trip, exploring nine states and several national parks. I had minimal cell service and took the time I needed to get away and refresh my mind. Getting back to business that Monday, I felt so much lighter and ready to kick off the new season! A valuable part of thriving during the last quarter of the year is keeping energy levels high through whatever means necessary. Weekend getaways, shorter work hours, pumpkin spice lattes, etc. You got this!!

See you there,

Hannah
